Krysteline offers a wide range of equipment capable of processing throughputs from 2t -30t/hr. The technology can be offered as individual components for stand-alone operation, integrated into existing plant, or offered as a turnkey package.

Imploder glass crushers offer size reduction of feedstock without destruction of associated materials. Recovered materials can be separated through a range of screeners, magnetic separators and fully refined with the market changing Pyro Drier.

Below are some examples of our Imploders and Glass Processing Systems.

Dimensions

GP200 Imploder glass crusher with conveyor and screener

Small Linear System

GP200-C-SC glass processing system

The GP200-Conveyor-Screener rapidly reduces the size of a container, flat or mixed glass feedstock and separates the product into two fractions of glass cullet and an oversize non-glass fraction.

Features

  • Implosion targets glass, reducing it in size. Non-glass contaminates are not size reduced and can be screened easily
  • Designed for use in commercial applications for non-continuous processing
  • Bulk feed vibratory tray with 0.5m3 capacity
  • Low power 9.65kW 3Phz 50/60Hz 380/440V
  • Mechanical reject safety system helps protect Imploder
  • Minimal maintenance requirement, low wearing components
  • Incorporating Krysteline's self cleaning taper slot finger design reducing screener blinding
  • Deck apertures available from 5-25mm
  • Imploded, liberated non-glass contaminates are easily screened away from glass
  • A re-circulation line including a secondary Imploder can produce a consistent sand product in a single pass
  • Modular system capable of integration into existing plants or as a stand alone system
  • Screener above stock bays eliminates need for discharge conveyors

GPS15 glass purification plant

Large Linear System

GPS15 purification system

Through a series of processes the GPS15 glass purification plant will convert a >50mm mixed MRF feedstock into multiple sizes of sterile sharp free cullet.

Features

  • 15t/hr of mixed glass feedstock with a density greater than 0.6t/m3
  • Cullet refined to customer's specification
  • Cullet refined at a temperature above 250°C
  • Imploders limit damage to non glass items such as the plastics maintaining their value when recycled
  • Low power consumption
  • Low fuel consumption 120/140ltr/hr of kerosene at 6% moisture content
  • Split process allows for variability of production
  • Cullet rendered sharp free by Imploders
  • Multi deck minerals screening system
  • Adaptable plant configurations
  • Requires only three plant operatives
  • Manufactured in pre-wired, pre-tested modules
  • Superior maintenance access to all machines
  • Low cost of maintenance
  • Latent heat from drying system is transferred to the feedstock bay to pre-condition
  • Full metal clean up
  • Safety covers on all moving parts
