Krysteline Machine Types

Krysteline offers a wide range of glass crushing equipment capable of processing throughputs from 2t - 40t/hr. The technology can be offered as individual components for stand-alone operation, integrated into an existing plant, or offered as a turnkey package.

Our Imploder glass crushers offer size reduction of feedstock without destruction of associated materials. Recovered materials can be separated through a range of screeners, magnetic separators and fully refined with the market changing Pyro Drier.

Stand Alone Imploder

Glass crushers with Implosion technology that can rapidly transforms container, flat and mixed glass into a sharp free cullet in seconds. Ranging from 500kg per hour to 4 tonnes per hour processing capacity

Industrial Imploder

Industrial sized glass crushers with Implosion technology that can rapidly transforms container, flat and mixed glass into a sharp free cullet in seconds. Processing capacities ranging from 3 tonnes per hour to 40 tonnes per hour continuous rating.

Imploder-Conveyor-Screener combination

An Imploder-Conveyor-Screener combination rapidly reduces the size of a container, flat or mixed glass feedstock and separates the product into two fractions of glass cullet and an oversize non-glass fraction.

Purification Plant

Through a series of processes a Krysteline glass purification plant will convert a >50mm mixed MRF feedstock into multiple sizes of sterile sharp free cullet ready for remelt.

Sand Production

Our Sand Production systems are designed to process a flat, container, or mixed MRF glass to a sand/grit sized sharp free glass cullet.
